At The Blue Lion buying ethical, locally sourced food is important to us. We use traceable, sustainable seafood, Red Tractor approved British meat, free-range chicken and organic eggs. We buy our meat from IMS of Smithfield; our fish from M&J Seafood; and our fruit and vegetables from Nature's Choice of New Covent Garden Market.
During the week our kitchen is open from 12pm to 3pm and 5.30pm to 9.30pm and the menu changes every week. Lunchtimes can be busy, particularly on Fridays, so booking is advisable.
We have a variety of dining tables seating any number up to 22 guests and for drinks we can reserve areas of the pub for up to 80.
